Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 ’85
Make/Model: Porsche 911 Carrera ’85
Porsche 911 1985 3.2 Carrera presented as a 1974 2.7 Carrera. Delivered to German customer in 1985, then at 2 years old was exported to Japan which has kept this an amazingly rust free car. Brought to the U.K in 2009 showing 100,000 KMs. This car was then given a full restoration inside and out, repainted in it’s original Porsche dark blue. All bright work is anodised as the factory finish.
The engine was given a top end rebuild using race cams. The gearbox had a full rebuild using a limited slip differential. All work was carried out by MB engineering. Tarmac rally spec Bilstein dampers were used to create a great handling 911. Brakes are completely reconditioned and uprated. The Fuchs are 7″x8″ x15″ backdated with the early factory anodised finish by us. Inside a new black headlining and dashboard were fitted. Recaro pole position seats with Recaro double locking runners and provision for 6 point harnesses. A small ST roll bar and RSR style floor matting finish things off. This is a stunning detailed car which is very fast and capable.
